Massage & Bodywork (In-Studio): Your choice of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, or Sports massage blended with mobilization and stretching techniques.

Bodywork tools can be used during Stretch sessions.

Your choice of massage and customizations will be sent via email after you book you session! Session types:

  • 60-Minute Massage — $90

  • 90-Minute Massage — $135

  • 120-Minutes Massage — $175

  • 50-Minute Stretch/MT Toolbox— $65

Add-Ons ($15/ea) will increase the session time by the correlating minutes.

  • Alignment Stretch (15 Minutes)

  • Warm Weighted Eye Mask and Sinus Pressure Relief Face & Scalp Massage (15 Minutes)
